Signature Restoration did a wonderful job restoring our bathroom floor that had years of hidden water damage. Andrew (I believe to be the owner) was friendly and very easy to work with, and was more than fair with what the job cost (we were paying out of pocket, choosing not to use our homeowners insurance). The work is of high quality, and I appreciated the fact that they handled all aspects of the restoration, from demo, repair (including a fair amount of carpentry), to installing new flooring. The work crew was equally friendly and professional. If I could, I would give Signature Restoration 7 stars!

Our Snoqualmie ridge flooded in the freeze flood wave of January 2024. It took out the electrical, the entire garage, and the first floor. Andrew and his crew worked with us for six months to mitigate damage, rebuild our garage, and reinstall an entire floor including the moving and appliance hookups. They were courteous, on time throughout, and our house looks like it did when it was new before the flood. I hope you never have a flooding experience but if you do this is the company to call.

We experienced a sudden water leak from the unit above while in escrow, and our HOA had recommended Andrew and his team. Not only did they show up on the same day to start the remediation work, but they were also thorough and quick to complete everything given the time constraints.

Within a week and a half, they managed to remove the water damage, dry out the affected areas, and replace the flooring and drywall. They were extremely efficient, and they kept the place organized and free of debris throughout the entire process.
